Covid-19 conditions

(Valid for all bookings with arrival date in the period March 15th 2021 – August 31st 2021)

Payments:

• 100% At the time of booking

Change of Dates:

7 days or more prior to arrival:

- Free change of dates regardless of cause

Within 7 days prior to arrival:

- Free change of dates if the cause is directly related to national or international travel bans and the covid-19 pandemic.

- Any other cause like weather, change of travel plans etc. will not be considered a valid case and your payment will be lost.

Cancellations/Refund:

- 7 days or more prior to arrival regardless of cause: 80% refund

- 7 days or less prior to arrival: No refund (See “Change of Dates” section).

Standard conditions

(Valid for all bookings with arrival date from June 1st)

Payments:

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the reservation must be fully paid online by credit card.  Payment will be done in the local currency, NOK

Cancellation/Refund, Accommodation:

- Cancellation 31 days or more prior to arrival, 95% refund

- Cancellation 30 – 15 prior to arrival, 50% refund

- Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival, loss off the full booking amount

Cancellation/Refund, Activities/packages:

- Cancellation 31 days or more prior to arrival, 95% refund

- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, loss off the full booking amount

Any activities (not including rental of accommodation) cancelled due to bad weather conditions will be refunded in full.

Right to change/deviate itinerary on trips

The Supplier may change/deviate trips for the following reasons:

- If there are events of Force Majeure.

- If weather conditions make it unsafe to run the tour, or inappropiate to stick to the original plan.  The Supplier will make the changes needed to complete a safe trip. The Customer cannot claim any form of compensation over and above this, unless the customer has incurred losses as a result of gross mistakes on the part of the Supplier.

Right to cancel trips

The Supplier may cancel trips for the following reasons:

- If the minimum amount of 5 participants is not met.

- If there are events of Force Majeure.

- If weather conditions make it unsafe to run the tour. The Supplier shall notify the Customer of the cancellation as soon as possible. If a trip is cancelled, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (if the ticket was paid for in advance). The Customer cannot claim any form of compensation over and above this, unless the customer has incurred losses as a result of gross mistakes on the part of the Supplier.

Complaints/deadline for complaints

Complaints about the service provided must be notified at once to the representative of the Supplier. Complaints relating to aspects other than the service itself must be notified within 15 days of the Guest returning home, unless there are special reasons for this deadline to be extended.

Rentals from a third party

In some situations, the Supplier might include rented products and materials from a third- party as a part of the service. The Supplier is not reliable for any damages related to the use of such products. Any costs for damages will be invoiced to the Customer.

All rights reserved

The Supplier accepts no liability for errors in texts, images and information on its website. The Supplier reserve the right to make changes after printed materials, timetables, etc. have been produced. The Supplier also reserves the right to make changes to prices and terms and conditions.

Release and waiver of liability for outdoor activities

I hereby state that I wish to participate in the outdoor activities offered by Wilsgård Reiseliv AS. I recognize any outdoor activity may involve certain dangers, including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in mountainous terrain, accidents or illness in remote places, force of nature, and the actions of participants and other persons. I further understand and agree that without some program providing protection of its assets and its leaders, Wilsgård Reiseliv AS would not be able to offer it’s activities.

I understand that during outdoor activities, I MAY BE PHOTOGRAPHED. I agree to allow my photo, to be used for any legitimate purpose by Wilsgård Reiseliv AS.

In consideration of and as part payment for the right to participate in the activities offered by Wilsgård Reiseliv AS, I agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Wilsgård Reiseliv AS and its partners/contractors from any and all liability, claims and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my participation, or the participation of any minor that I am signing on behalf of, in any activities offered by Wilsgård Reiseliv AS. This includes but is not limited to all liability claims and causes of action in any way connected to property owned or leased by Wilsgård Reiseliv AS, or the actions or inactions of any Wilsgård Reiseliv AS employees, partners/contractors, agents, and or volunteers.

I personally assume all risks in connection with these activities. If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I further agree to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Wilsgård Reiseliv AS and its partners/contractors from all liability, claims and causes of action which the minor may have arising from the minor’s participation in activities. The terms of this agreement shall serve as a release and indemnity agreement for my heirs, personal representative, and for all members of my family, including any minors.

I have read this release and indemnity agreement and have fully informed myself of its contents.
